Michael Marsan has been bartending for about 17 years. He enjoyed the expertise of mentor Miguel Rosario at Barcelona restaurant for 10 of those years. A native of New England, he is extremely grateful for the endless love and support of his family and partner, and the incredible opportunity and trust from chefs Jacob Hough and Patrick Marker. Inspiration comes from authentic connection to him, people coming together to share their best. He also enjoys antiquing, herbs, local art/artists, endless learning/exploring, and drag queens.
